How to get rid of spywares – easy guide

Don’t use IE, but if you must use it — use it sensibly, it does give you fair warning when you wander off  the shady parts of the Internet, do not, I repeat, do not ignore the IE warnings, read the warnings, so that you know what you are allowing to happen — don’t blindly click YES or OK.

Toughen up your Windows – you will need to get your hands dirty on this because it will require going inside the Windows Administrator panel and perhaps editing some registry entries.

Make sure that the Windows update is not disabled, Microsoft tries hard to deliver fixes that address vulnerabilities of Windows, make sure you are getting this as soon as it’s released.

Stay away from dodgy software, if you really like free software, get FOSS (Free Open Source Software), visit sourceforge.net or code.google.com, there are many others.

Get your music legitimately, shady channels of getting your music is fraught with risk.

Get real time protection from Viruses and other malware, install an antivirus of your liking, I use Avast or AVG for my Windows machine, Clamav for Linux and OSX.

Get the Windows Defender here

Turn off the the Auto preview of your email client, if it’s on, it is like opening your gates wide to terrorists, once an infected email gets through your inbox, it will automatically execute when preview is activated.

If you want to show appreciation for my efforts dear reader, you could buy me a tall hazel nut Americano ($2) via PayPal. Thanks

Keep your computer running smoothly.
Antispyware is vital to keep your computer running smoothly and at its best but there are so many different ones available how do you know which one to use? You can do like I did and try different ones and compare how well they do and the prices of each. Or you can take the advice of someone that has tired many already and choose Search-and-destroy Antispyware over the rest. I have found that the antispyware solution from Search-and-destroy works just as well as many other scans, even the ones that cost more. You can check it out yourself at http://www.Search-and-destroy.com.
